FULL HOME ACCESS INCLUDES KITCHEN DISHWARE AND COOKWARE.  BRING YOU FAVORITE PAN AND PILLOW!  OUR HOME INCLUDES A WASHER AND DRYER , LARGE BEDROOMS AND PRIVATE BATH FOR MASTER BEDROOM.  OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE REAL LIVABILITY FOR YOUR SHORT TERM LIVING NEEDS, AT THE MOST AFFORDABLE PRICING.  CERTAIN ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHARING WITH ROOMMATE!  CALL US FOR DETAILS.

IN HOME WASHER AND DRYER FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE  

UTILITIES INCLUDED UP TO $75.00 PER MONTH (Excess billed monthly or collected at the end of the final term from the deposit.) 

MAID SERVICE is not available except by special appointment at extra cost.  We reserve the right to send in maid service if the unit is not properly cleaned by the residents, in order to protect the premises from hard use or lack of cleaning.  

LEASE:   Units are rented with a guest agreement on a month to month term, with a 30 day notice required when you are planning your move out and lease quit.
